Round briefing
How scoring works
Final score is out of 100: profitability and revenue growth (25), market share and customer acquisition (20), STP/marketing-mix alignment (20), marketing budget efficiency (15), response to disruption (10), and strategic justification (10). The financial and market metrics come from the simulated outcomes; faculty enter the strategic justification score.

How a class runs
- Faculty (the account set up first) creates a room and shares the 6-character room code.
- Students create an account, enter the code and join their team. The first to join becomes team lead (CMO); faculty can change this.
- Faculty sets market assumptions and the round event.
- Team members edit and save the shared decision sheet; everyone sees saved changes live.
- The team lead submits once the budget totals ₹50 lakh. Faculty can reopen a sheet.
- Faculty enters each team's justification score, then runs the round once all teams have submitted.
- Everyone sees the same results, leaderboard, XP and badges. Export CSV or JSON at any time.
A round can only be run once. The next round starts from each team's previous sheet as a draft. Faculty can reset the whole room back to Round 1 (teams and members stay).
